We want you to have the best experience possible and enjoy shopping with us. All products are pre-ordered, there is no exact timeframe for shipping. For most orders, please allow up to 21 business days for delivery but below outlines further specifics surrounding shipping timeframes for different parts of the world. We use this timeframe as a precaution to ensure your order delivers in time, but in most cases orders arrive well before the maximum time frame.

However, with that said, we ship weekly orders direct from Manila and Dubai.  Meaning if you place your order, it will ship from Manila and Dubai by that Friday.  Allow 3-7 days for FedEx to arrive at which point we can settle your balance and forward your items to you.

We will send your items to you via USPS Priority mail with tracking.  If you wish to purchase additional services such as more insurance or signature required just let us know in the notes of your order or reach out to us.

Note:  Once item is shipped, all responsibility and liability of Mia's Authentic Gold Shop is null and void.  If item is lost or damaged by USPS we will do all to assist you as possible, however this becomes a matter between you and USPS.  Purchasing added shipping insurance is always available to you.
